How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders at any time using your tracking number.

At Binyoka's Boutique, we provide FREE USA delivery on all orders over $100.00

What is your returns policy?
 

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.

 

All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

 

All items would need to be purchased originally from BinyokasBoutique.com.

 

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless of the items being mailed back to us.

Items returned to Binyoka's Boutique within 7 days of their delivery in the same (new) condition will be eligible for an in Store Credit or Exchange for another item of equal value.

 

The Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns.
